WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS?? We are broken. Broken in the way we see ourselves, the way in which we are with others, broken from the earth and most of all, broken from God.  But God didn’t leave us. He gave his son, only son, to die. To die so that we wouldn’t die. And rose again so that if we believe in him, we will not be broken anymore, but live eternally with him.  So this is a symbol of a lamb. A lamb being the animal commonly used for a sacrifice. Jesus became this lamb and his blood was shed for everyone. FOR EVERYONE
